Stainless steel flange gate valve:
Low flow resistance. The internal medium channel of the gate valve body is straight through, and the medium flows in a straight line with low flow resistance.
The workload for opening and closing is relatively small. Compared with globe valves, the movement direction of the gate is perpendicular to the flow direction of the medium, whether it is opened or closed.
High height, long opening and closing time. The opening and closing stroke of the gate is relatively large, and the lifting is completed by screws.
Gate valves are not prone to water hammer. The reason is the long downtime.
The medium can flow in any direction on both sides of the gate valve, making installation convenient. The two sides of the gate channel are symmetrical. The front dimensions of the gate valve are relatively small.
